What can I expect during one of your reiki sessions?
Each one of my Reiki sessions is individualized to meet the specific needs of my clients. You will remain fully clothed, as you lay down comfortably on a healing table. I will place my hands on and over your body, focusing on the areas that need the most attention.
Essential oils will be rubbed on the palms of the hands, and sprayed above you. If you are allergic or sensitive to any type of essential oil, they will not be used during the session.
